She was born in 1978 in Bing\u00f6l. After completing her secondary and high school education in Istanbul, she graduated from Istanbul Technical University City and Regional Planning Department in 2000. Between 2000-2003, she worked as an active designer in ITU Revolving Fund and Plan-Art Co. Lmd. Between 2003-2009, she was the founding partner of Aart\u0131 Planlama Peyzaj Mimar \u0130n\u015faat Co. Lmd.She still continues her activities in the Kutup Architecture firm which she founded in 2009, in Be\u015fikta\u015f, Istanbul.

Halen 2009’da kurucu oldu\u011fu Kutup Mimarl\u0131k’\u0131n \u0130stanbul-Be\u015fikta\u015f’daki ofisinde tasar\u0131m faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir.
